How making a claim generally works.

Most all Insurance companies use a third party for their auto glass claim process

The Insured or the agent must start the claim process.

If on the back of your card has a Number for “Auto Glass claims only”, You can bet you are calling the Big Box auto glass chain, (Even if they answer with the name of your insurance co.)

Once you choose Packerland Auto Glass, they will put you on hold, call our shop to go over details and pricing, then they will bring us all on the line to finalize the details


Don’t fall for their SCARE TACTICS

THEY WILL TELL YOU, If Packerland Auto Glass does the job, WE cannot guarantee the work. This is a fact, but saying that up front makes it sound like Packerland Auto Glass doesn’t have a warranty, because we warranty our own work and our warranty is one of the best in the business

THEY WILL TELL YOU, If Packerland Auto Glass bills us more than the agreed price, You the insured must pay the difference out of your own pocket. FACT, Packerland Auto Glass has NEVER done this, in fact, the way their billing works, if we did this (Even billed a penny LESS) it gets kicked back to the shop for adjustment. This is simply a SCARE TACTIC to get you to use their preferred shop because they are owned by the same auto glass company.

What other industry does a company’s potential customers have to go through their biggest competitor to do business with them?

In simple terms, it would be like having to go through McDonald’s to get permission to get your lunch form Burger King.
